Just another Tetris clone... you may think.
But...! Give it a chance. In this game I tried to connect many Tetris-like games into one. I'm sure you all know the rules, so I won't write how to play it.

Of couse, this is not the original Tetris game. The first real Tetris game was made by Алексéй Леони́дович Па́житнов (Alexey Leonidovich Pajitnov). He is the author and his company The Tetris Company, Inc. (TTC) has the rights to this game and title.
My Trismania is just a homage for this game, but I don't own any rights for Tetris, I don't earn money on my game. Thanks.

Now I play FRAC 11x3x16
But I find it too difficult. The game for me is stress and not fun. Also, the games are extremely different. Therefore, the game time is very different and the frustration factor sometimes higher sometimes lower.
Yes, it’s much harder. I suggest to use smaller well dimensions, like 6x6 or 7x7 and max depth. Did you see the original DOS game named FRAC? It was a very good game back in the day.
At the moment I play FLAT EXTENDED 10x01x16
and try to get better from game to game.
Nice! I think the best part is when you use the third dimension :)

When I find Tetris games that are freeware I wonder recently if the developers have the permission of "The Tetris Company". Also here at itch some developers got into trouble. Are you allowed to offer the game? Is it legal to download and play it?
Probably all developers don’t have any written permission. But there are thousands of Tetris clones all over the world and I don’t think that TTC is pursuing the developers for the rights to the name or game. Especially if game is not titled ‘Tetris’. Besides my Trismania is not a copy of Tetris. It’s a similar game with 3D well. Besides, look at the date. I made it more than 15 years ago and it was downloadable all this time from my website. But if you feel unsafe, don’t download it, please. It’s your decision.
This reminds me of file sharing. In Germany, many people have used Napster, Gnutella, BitTorrent, Shareaza, µTorrent and other file-sharing programs for months or years, believing that this is safe software to illegally download and share software and movies. These psychopaths have not understood that file sharing is a work of organized crime. And it works quite differently from what the bastards of the so-called computer trade press claim. Many thousands of people had to pay thousands of euros in fines. What if someday many hundreds of computer game developers have to pay a lot of fine because they develop a game they are not allowed to develop?
However, don't worry about me ;-)
I have played Trismania and I like it very much.
It works fine for me with MX-15 Debian Jessie 32 bit and Wine 1.6.2-20.
Thank you. I understand that and respect your opinion. You’re right about music sharing and piracy. I agree with you. It’s a bit different case with software because I don’t copy the original protected game and share it, so it’s not piracy. I just made a similar game like many others, but I don’t earn money on it and I even wrote about the original Tetris in the help file included with game. I hope no one resents me about another one Tetris clone made in a homage for this great game. Thanks for the feedback about the Debian. I’ve heard that it works fine on Wine but never tried it.
I play the game on the specified system at 1280x1024
in full screen mode and it works great.

I’ve read this. The problem with Setris was also because of the similar name to Tetris and the music. It’s funny, but the game has now changed title to Sandtrix and it’s allowed to exists. Well, we will see. If someone from TTC would ask me to remove the game, I do it and can’t help it. But until then I don’t feel I did something wrong if I don’t earn money on it and I give credits to the original author of Tetris.
